DAN & SHERRY COLLARD
Dan grew up in Crestwood, Kentucky and lived out his dream as a Jefferson County/Louisville Metro Police Officer. He also served with the police in Springfield Missouri, where he graduated from Central Bible College for Pastoral Ministry. Dan has been a credentialed AG minister since 1993, was a Kentucky Presbyter for five years, and served overseas with AG missionaries numerous times.
Sherry grew up in Hillview, Kentucky. She and Dan married in 1993. She graduated from the Burge School of Nursing and has been a Nurse Manager at both UK and Kosair Children's hospital.
Dan & Sherry have two beautiful daughters, Kaelin, who attends Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida and Leea who will soon be attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Dan & Danielle Smoot became members of Faith Assembly in 2010, volunteering for various ministries from worship, to youth, to security, to the Backpack Club. On January 1, 2018, Danielle stepped into the role as our Worship Pastor.
Aside from her leadership at Faith Assembly, Danielle has served as Communications Director for U.S. Rep. Hal Rogers since 2008. She is a graduate of North Laurel High School and after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky she became a news anchor and reporter for WYMT-TV in Hazard, Kentucky.
Dan, Danielle and their son Peyton moved to London in 2010. They have been blessed with four children and one grandson.
Misty Watkins has served at Faith Assembly from 2008-2011 as the Children's Pastor, and back again in 2015 as the Children's Pastor. A native of Laurel County, Misty graduated from South Laurel High School. She worked from 2011-2015 as a Master Hair Stylist in London, Kentucky. Together with her husband Wes, they have two amazing children, Bailey and Caden.
She oversees the Toddler and Nursery ministries offered during all of our services. Each week Misty tirelessly pours the love of God into our kids with zeal and excitement that has them always ready to come back!
RICK & TABATHA MULLENIX
Rick & Tabatha joined Faith Assembly as the Student Pastors in June of 2016. Rick has earned an Associates Degree in Visual Communications and works as a Graphic Designer. He has served in youth ministry since 2005, and as a Youth Pastor since 2009.
Tabatha graduated from Somerset Community College and is now a Master Cosmetologist in London, Kentucky. She married Rick in 2010. Together they have two incredible children, Laiken and Ryson.
Through Ignite Student Ministry, Rick & Tab encourage middle and high school students to pursue a personal relationship with Jesus. They equip them to serve their peers, the church, and the local community while reaching out to the lost.
