Lead Pastor
Rodney Goodlett
Rodney is a true Kentucky boy through and through. Born and raised on a farm in Kentucky, Rodney was raised in church, which allowed him to hear the Gospel over and over. To him, it was a religious ritual about being a good person. Because of the misunderstanding of the Gospel, he fell into the scheme of things as so many teenagers get caught up in. At the age of fifteen things clicked in his heart and Rodney radically turned his life over to God through a relationship with Christ. His life was never to be the same.
Rodney has a heart for families and the next-gen. He has served in various roles in our network of churches and has completed his M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University in Missouri.
Rodney’s greatest accomplishment in life revolves around his wife of 24 years, Amie, and his three boys, Bryce (wife Grace), Eli, and Chase. Come be a part of our family at Faith.
Worship Pastor
Beth Reams
Beth joined the Faith Assembly staff in March 2026 as Worship & Creative Arts Pastor. Learning to play the piano as a little girl in her dad’s rural congregation, her early step of faith sparked a lifelong passion for worship and music ministry. Over the years, she has held various music ministry roles and is passionate about fostering a worship culture that allows all to encounter Christ.
Prior to joining Faith, Beth taught elementary music and led vocal ensembles within the Laurel County Schools. She holds a B.A. in Music Education and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Eastern Kentucky University and the University of the Cumberlands.
Beth is married to her high school sweetheart, Scotty, and is the proud mom of Nora Jane.
Student Pastors
Rick & Tabatha Mullenix
Rick & Tabatha joined Faith Assembly as the Student Pastors in June of 2016. Rick has earned an associate’s degree in Visual Communications and works as a Graphic Designer. He has served in youth ministry since 2005, and as a Youth Pastor since 2009.
In 2013 Tabatha graduated from Somerset Community College and is now a Master Cosmetologist in London, Kentucky. She married Rick in 2010. Together they have three incredible children, Laiken, Ryson, and Bennett.
Through Faith Students, Rick & Tab encourage middle and high school students to submerse themselves in the presence of God, while aiding them to discover their purpose. They equip teens to serve their peers, the church, and the local community while reaching out to the lost.
Children's Pastor
Misty Bailey Watkins
Misty Watkins has served at Faith Assembly from 2008-2011 as the Children's Pastor, and back again in 2015 as the Children's Pastor. A native of Laurel County, Misty graduated from South Laurel High School. She worked from 2011-2015 as a Master Hair Stylist in London, Kentucky. Together with her husband Wes, they have two amazing children, Bailey and Caden.
She oversees the Toddler and Nursery ministries offered during all of our services. Each week Misty tirelessly pours the love of God into our kids with zeal and excitement that has them always ready to come back!
